I can’t contain the ideas. They just come to me, you know. I’m like a river with hands that just creates anything its random heart desires, and that will also create anything you tell it to in exchange for money and/or college credit. I’ll never know for sure where it all comes from, but I do know a lot of my inspiration comes from my childhood. I have such a vivid memory of my childhood, and I mean I remember everything. I remember way back when I crawled out of the womb when I heard the “King of the Hill” theme song playing. Nothing compares to the nostalgia associated with your favorite childhood cartoons, which is exactly what I tap into when I create. I approach my work with a playful attitude, and I give even the silliest of my ideas the attention they deserve. In doing that, I appeal to my own inner child who I remember so very well.
